Key Fob Sign-Up (updated 5/5/2024)

The 2024 Hampton Place Pool Season Opens Sunday, May 12!

—Our swimming pool is opening on May 12. During the initial opening, the pool is stabilizing and may be closed for repairs and/or maintenance as needed. We will keep you informed if this occurs.

—We have a New Gate Access System installed on both the pool and tennis court gates.

—This will require a new Key fob to enter both of these gates. Old gate cards will NOT work. You may return your old gate card during registration but it is NOT required. Dispose of as you see fit.

—Homeowners must complete a registration process to receive their new Key fob.

Registration process includes acknowlegement of updated pool rules and SAYOR (Swim At Your Own Risk) agreement and requires homeowner signing agreement.
One Key fob per homeowner (no charge for the new Key fob). Replacement cost will be $35.
Requires valid form of identification at time of signup.
Updated POOL RULES and SAYOR contract will be posted on the Hamptons of Duluth website prior to registration dates for your review. We will have some copies at time of registration.

—Homeowners with a balance due on their account will NOT be issued a new fob until balance is paid.

—Lifeguards will be present from 12:00 – 8:00 PM on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and summer holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.

—Swim at your own risk: Monday through Friday and at times the lifeguards are NOT present.

—Key fobs will NOT be distributed at the Memorial Day Party.

—Registration will be at the Clubhouse.

Friday, May 10……….6:00 – 8:00pm
Saturday, May 11……12:00 – 3:00pm
Monday, May 13……..6:00 – 8:00pm
Wednesday, May 15…6:00 – 8:00pm
Sunday May, 26……..12:00 – 2:00pm
