Clubhouse Rental
The rental fee is $100 per day for up to 50 people.
Additional fees:
- 51-100 people is an additional $50
- Use of portable TV $25
- Folding chairs $3 each
- Pool usage $75 plus any fees for extra lifeguard*

To rent the Hamptons Clubhouse:
- Log in to the portal on the Access Management website: https://portal.accessmgt.com
- Select Calendar from the menu.
- Select Amenities Calendar.
- Follow the instructions.
