Clubhouse Rental
Clubhouse Rental Fee is $150 per day based upon a 50-person maximum. NOTE: Use of the TV, tables, and folding chairs is included in this fee.
Additional Rental Fees are required for the following:
- 51-100 people is an additional $50 per day
- To access the building for setup after 6 p.m. the evening before your rental, if available, there is an Early Setup Fee of $50
- Any use of outside lawn areas and/or parking lot requiring setup of any kind is only allowed with board approval and is subject to an additional $50 fee
- Adding the pool is an additional $75 fee plus any fees for an extra lifeguard (separate request and agreement see below). NOTE: There is a 25 guest maximum for a pool party.*
Clubhouse Back Meeting Room:
Rental Fee is $30 per hour with a 2-hour minimum (8 person maximum).
* NOTE: Click here for the Pool Party Instructions to request pool usage. This is a separate request for the pool rental and must be approved by the Pool Committee.
To rent the Hamptons Clubhouse:
- Log in to the portal on the Access Management website: portal.accessmgt.com/login
- Select Calendar from the menu.
- Select Amenities Calendar.
- Follow the instructions.

Rental of the clubhouse includes:
MAIN ROOM:
- 2 large couches seating 3-4 each
- 2 large ottomans
- 17 chairs
- 4 end tables
- Square dining table (seats 4)
- 24 folding chairs (upon request)
- 4 folding tables (upon request)
- Television/BluRay DVD player (upon request)
- Internet
- 2 Bathrooms (one handicap assisted)
KITCHEN:
- Gas range
- Refrigerator/freezer (no ice maker)
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- 12-cup coffee maker
BACK MEETING ROOM:
- 2 round tables
- 8 chairs
- White boards, markers, eraser
- TV
- Internet
These items are NOT included:
- Dishes, glasses, utensils
- Pots, pans
- Coffee filters, coffee
- Foil, plastic wrap
- Kitchen linens
