In order to enhance the experience of using our community’s tennis courts, the HOA board has instituted an online reservation system with ReserveMyCourt.com to ensure our residents will have a guaranteed court time when needed. Players with reservations will have priority over walk-on players. Court reservation is highly recommended. Use ReserveMyCourt.com to avoid any conflicts. Of course, as long as the court is not reserved, just showing up to play is fine.
Please note that a homeowner must be present at all times. If a homeowner is not present, players will be asked to vacate the Tennis Courts.
Please create a player account at ReserveMyCourt.com for the reservation system:
1. Click Create an Account
2. Fill in each field:
First Name
Last Name
Phone Number
Email, Password
Gender
Birthdate
3. Click Create Account
4. Click My Address & add your address including Street, City , State, Zip & Country & click
Save
5. Click Connect To My Club and Be sure to select “Hampton Place – Duluth” as your default
Club.
6. Click Request Connection
7. You will be notified via email once your account is approved. After you receive confirmation, you
can now reserve court time
After you have an account on ReserveMyCourt, you can login and reserve your court time:
1. Go to > https://login.reservemycourt.com/login
2. Enter your User Name and Password
3. Click Create New Reservation
4. To make a reservation click – “Click Here”
5. Select date, time & reservation length
6. Click Next
7. Select which Court & click Next
8. Select Reservation Type
9. Select number of participants
10. Click Submit
You will receive an email confirmation for your reservation.
