The Clubhouse Rental Application and Agreement and the Required Cleanup Checklist need to be printed and signed. They can then be scanned and submitted by email to:

Alternatively you may mail both the agreement and checks to the above address in lieu of emailing the agreement. Upon successful completion of the requirements of the checklist as determined by the follow-up inspection by a Committee Member the $500 check will be returned.
